Mayor Owen Henry recognizes Overdose Awareness Day at the Municipal Complex. International Overdose Awareness Day is the world’s largest annual campaign to end overdose, remember without stigma those who have died and acknowledge the grief of the family and friends left behind.



As a reminder, the Recycling Center will be closed this Saturday, September 4th. Normal hours will resume next week.


In the event outages occur due to severe weather, customers without power are encouraged to report their outage by calling 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877) or text 'out' to 544487. Outages can also be reported by clicking 'Report Outage' at firstenergycorp.com

Recycling in Ward 1 for Monday, September 6th will be picked up on Saturday, September 11th. Please place recycling bins at the curb the night before and keep them outside.


The flag of the United States of America and the flag of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies and instrumentalities during appropriate hours on Friday, August 27, 2021, in recognition and mourning of Norman V. Inferrera, III.

International Overdose Awareness Day is Tuesday, August 31st. Mayor Owen Henry will be holding a remembrance ceremony in the municipal complex courtyard at 4:00 pm. Please join us as we remember those who have lost their lives to overdose.

The Middlesex County Mosquito Extermination Commission will be conducting a truck ULV spray mission in Old Bridge on Thursday, August 26th from 6PM to 11:59PM. Neighborhoods off Englishtown Rd between East Greystone Rd and Colorado Blvd can expect to be sprayed.
