On Sunday, September 15, 2024, at 1130 hours the Rolling Thunder motorcycle run will enter Laurence Harbor via Rt 35 SB to Laurence Parkway/Matawan Road to the GSP SB. Temporary road closures & traffic delays on the route will be overseen by regular & auxiliary police officers.

Back to School Music Beach Bash today September 6, 2024, at the Laurence Harbor Beach front. Musical guests: Shaman-Santana Tribute Band from 5:00pm-7:00pm and Stars of Motown from7:30pm-9:30pm. Fireworks at 9:30pm.
Due to the holiday, Monday recycling will be picked up on Saturday, September 7. This only affects curbside recycling picked up on Mondays. The rest of the week will run on a normal schedule
