Please be advised that the Woodhaven Community will start Prep Work & Final Paving at McCormick Ave South and Wright Court on:
Please have your vehicles removed from the roadway by 6:00 AM on the day your phase is to be completed (please see the map above). You can return to your roadway parking after 6:00PM. You are permitted to park your vehicle in your garage / driveway. If you need to leave during road construction, please advise an employee and they will direct you on how to exit. You may need to wait up to 15-20 minutes before exiting your driveway depending on the work in progress, so please be patient. Please do not park near any intersections and be careful when entering and exiting your vehicle. Please reschedule any LARGE deliveries on these days, and if you will be out of town, please coordinate having your vehicle moved out of the street by a neighbor or family member. Any vehicles not moved from the roadway by 6:00 am are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Once the cones and caution tape are removed you will be permitted to park in the road again.
Please use caution and drive slowly when driving in and out of the community during this construction and obey all traffic markers. Traffic cones with arrows will delineate access routes to the open phases during construction. Additionally, please survey your surroundings for hazards that are part of any construction project. Loose material, uneven pavement, redirected traffic patterns, etc. are to be expected. Please use extra caution during this time, especially when walking to/from your home and vehicles, and please ask for assistance if needed.
