RECREATION - SITE SUPERVISORS: The site supervisor is responsible for the oversight of all day to day operations of the camp sites for which he/she is assigned. These duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining a safe and enjoyable camp experience for all participants. Maintaining all written reports (i.e. incidents reports, attendance, etc.). Serving as a liaison between the community and the Parks and Recreation Department.
RECREATION – ASSISTANT SUPERVISORS: Assistant supervisors are second in charge at the camp site and assumes all the same responsibilities as the Site
Supervisor. In the absence of the Site Supervisor, whether on a trip or at the site, the Assistant Supervisor will act as the staff in charge.
RECREATION CAMP LEADERS AND AIDES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing a safe and enjoyable summer camp experience
- Plan activities for all the participants
- Oversight of all participants in the camps
NURSE: Seeking nurse for 1/2-day summer camp. This position is ideal for a recently graduated nursing student, who is seeking their first nursing position after graduation, current school nurses, or those looking for a new working environment this summer. We are looking for caring, astute, and highly motivated nurses to start working our half day summer camp on July 6 - August 6. Camp hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
FRAIL & ELDERLY AIDE – SENIOR CENTER – PT M-F : Under the direction of the Manager, responsible for Senior Center functions including, but not limited to, providing assistance to frail members daily needs, and assists the program coordinator with event set up including moving tables and chairs.
