CARES Act CDBG-CV 3 Short Term Rental & Mortgage Assistance Grant Program
Starting on Wednesday February 10, 2021, The Township of Old Bridge has appropriated $100,000.00 of its Federal Community Development Block Grant CARES Funds for the Short Term Rental & Mortgage Assistance Program; approximately up to 15 eligible applicants will secure assistance. The program was established to provide temporary rental or mortgage assistance, for up to six months, to low and moderate income households that have had a substantial reduction in income or became unemployed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
