OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY OUR OLD BRIDGE TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEES!
Hello Mayor Henry and Mr Shah,
I have been a resident of Old Bridge for 15 years. All I have heard in the past is "How bad the town is" and "The Municipal Building is the worst".
I am having my first experiences with you and none of the above could be further from the truth!!
Firstly, Jeanann Bergamo has been a breath of fresh air. She is super patient and on top of things. I am doing several things at once (an above ground pool installation, deck and replacing a fence) in my back yard. Jeanann sent me several e-mails detailing exactly what I should be doing and laying it out for me. I called her MANY times over the past few weeks with questions and she was GREAT!!! Having never done anything like this the paperwork is daunting and a big task. Jeanann is patient and walked me through it step by step.
Today I spoke with Rich Vigliotti. Again, I had a thousand questions! This is all new to me and I want to get it right the first time. Rich took his time and laid out what I should be doing step by step. He was thorough and explained to me exactly what I needed to do and facilitate. He did not rush me and was great to talk to!! I can not say enough how easy he made what I need to be doing sound. Mr Vigliotti is a real gentleman.
Can not thank you both enough. If you are all like Jeanann and Rich, then you have a great building there as far as I am concerned. You guys are super helpful and I am glad to be Old Bridge Proud!
