OBMUA contractors, Keily, will begin mobilization of the Laurence Harbor Water Service Replacement Project beginning on or about Monday, March 4, 2024, weather permitting. Keily’s crews will begin water service replacements the week of March 11, 2024 with substantial completion by the beginning of July. Final pavement restoration will begin in October 2024 to allow the proper settlement period of the trenches and service holes. Click here to see a plan of the roadways effected in Laurence Harbor.
