2. Old Bridge police tickets take approximately one to two days to be entered into the computer system. These tickets are usually handed into us the day after they are issued.

A. No. We are not equipped to handle telephone payments at this time.

A. Bail can be posted at any Police Department or at any Municipal Court. If you post bail at a Police Department, they will forward your bail money to us by mail. If you post bail at a Municipal Court, they will also forward your bail money to us by mail. Or, you can just simply post bail at the violations window of Old Bridge Municipal Court during our office hours.

Q. WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY POLICE REPORT?
A1. If the police report was done by an Old Bridge police officer, you may obtain a copy from the Old Bridge Police Department Records Bureau on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. If the report was done by a New Jersey State trooper, you may obtain a copy from the New Jersey State Police in West Trenton.

A2. Police reports for motor vehicle accidents, if done by an Old Bridge police officer, may be downloaded from the township's website, www.oldbridge.com (click on Police Reports link on top of page) or, you may obtain a copy from the Old Bridge Police Department Records Bureau on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Please allow at least 3 business days for download to be activated for your report.

A. If your car was impounded by the Old Bridge Police Department you will need to go the Old Bridge Police Department located on the ground floor of the Old Bridge Township Municipal building.

A. All points are assessed by the N.J. Motor Vehicle Commission. Call them at 1-609-292-6500 and someone there will be able to tell you the point value. Note, Municipal Court staff cannot give legal advice. You must contact the NJMVC on your own or through your attorney to obtain this information.

Q. WHERE DO I GO TO GET A RESTRAINING ORDER?
A. Restraining orders are obtained from the Middlesex County Superior Court, 120 New Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Outside of those hours you can apply for a temporary restraining order at any local police department or state police barracks.

Q. WHERE AND WHEN CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT?
A. You can file a complaint in Old Bridge Municipal Court, 1 Old Bridge Plaza, Old Bridge, New Jersey, Monday through Friday during posted hours. Please refer to the schedule on the main page. After hours you may go to the Old Bridge Police Department to file an incident report only.
