11/5/2012 - Resident Advisory Notice - Election Information

 

The election is still scheduled for Tuesday, November 6, 2012.

All regular polling places will be open from 6:00 AM to  8:00 PM.

 

The Cliffwood Beach Recreation Center Polling Location (Ward 1, Districts 3 and 4) has been relocated to Memorial School located at 11 Ely Avenue in Laurence Harbor.  Shuttle buses will be available to transport voters from Cliffwood Recreation Center to Memorial School and back to the recreation center.

 

For those residents that prefer to vote by e-mail or fax, the following instructions have been provided by the Middlesex County Board of Elections:

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 1: Voters must complete and sign a Vote-by-Mail application. If you do not have one, you may obtain one by downloading one from www.njelections.org

STEP 2: Scan and E-mail the completed and signed application to:
dee.anderson@co.middlesex.nj.us

The County Clerk shall accept e-mail applications through 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2012

STEP 3: Once the Middlesex County Clerk’s Office verifies the voter’s signature, the
office will e-mail back to the voter:
A. Mail-in-Ballot Instructions
B. Waiver of Rights
C. Ballot

STEP 4: Once voters complete and sign the documentation. They scan and e-mail:
A. The completed and signed Waiver of Rights
B. The signed ballot application
C. Completed ballot

To the Middlesex County Board of Elections at: votedabsentees@co.middlesex.nj.us

All materials must be received by the Middlesex County Board of Elections no later than 8:00 p.m. on November 6, 2012

 

VOTING BY FAX

STEP 1: Voters must complete and sign a Vote-by-Mail application. If you do not have one, you may obtain one by downloading one from www.njelections.org

STEP 2: Fax completed and signed application to 732-745-3642. Be sure to include a return fax number so materials may be faxed back to you

The County Clerk shall accept fax applications through 5:00 p.m. on November 6, 2012

STEP 3: Once the Middlesex County Clerk’s Office verifies the voter’s signature, the
office will fax back to the voter:

B. Waiver of Rights
C. Ballot
