What if I don't have an login I.D.?

What if I don't have a computer or Internet access?

  • If you don't have a computer or access to the Internet you may go to the Old Bridge Library and use the computers there, or come to our office and we will register you on ours.

How much is the monthly tuition?

What are the acceptable forms of payment?

  • Payment must be made online at the time of registration.  We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa. 

After the initial sign-up of two months, are the payments monthly?

  • Yes. After the initial sign-up for Sept. & Oct. your payments go to a monthly tuition schedule.

Can I sign-up for more than one month at a time?

  • No. You must sign up every month individually.  Please make sure you to check out the sign up dates for each month. Click here for Registration Dates

What time does the Before School Program start?

  • The Before School Program starts at 7:30 a.m. and is available at all elementary schools.  There is NO Before School Program for the middle school.  If your child attends a.m. kindergarten your child can only enroll in the Before School Program.  If your child attends the p.m. kindergarten your child can only enroll in the After School Program.  There is NO Breakfast served at the Before School Program.

What time does the After School Program end?

  • The After School Program ends at 6:00 p.m. at both the Elementary and Middle School Programs.

When I choose a 3 day or 4 day Before or After School program can my days vary?

  • No.  Your days must be set days.

Do you provide a snack in the After School Program?

  • Yes.  We provide a snack and juice ONLY in the After School Program.

What is your tax I.D. Number?

  • Our tax I.D. # is 22-6002057

What happens if I am late picking up my child in the After School Program?

  • You are allowed five (5) lates for the entire school year.  If you are late again after the 5th time you will be asked to find alternative arrangements for your child care needs.

How do I get a receipt of all the payments I have made?

  • You can print out a receipt from your account on the online Recreation System. If you can't print the receipt you may contact our office and request a printed receipt.

Can I pick two different programs?

  • No. If you need Before School and After School you must pick the Before & After School option.  Even if you ONLY need Before for 3 days, but need After for 5 days, you must choose the option for the higher amount of days.  Please see example below

Example:  If you need Before for 3 days and After for 5 days, you must choose the Before & After option of 5 days.  If you need Before for 5 days and After for 3 days, you must again choose the Before & After option of 5 days.

Do you provide transportation?

  • No.  The program is a drop-off and pick-up program by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Is there Before & After School on scheduled half days?

  • Yes there is Before & After School on all scheduled half days?

What happens if there is a delayed opening?

  • There is no Before School Program. 

What happens if there is an emergency closing because of inclement weather or other reasons?

  • There is no After School Program.  Please check our website and we will keep you posted about any closings.

Do you prorate your fees?

  • No.  All fees are based on the full school year.

Who do I give the emergency closing forms to?

How do I contact the After School program in which my child attends?

  • Each program site has a cell phone.  Please ask the staff for the phone number the first day.

What if my child doesn't need to attend the after school program on the day he/she is scheduled?

  • You must fill out the Absentee Form and have your child hand it in to the school's main office.  They will forward the note to our staff.  You may also call the After School Cell Phone # and leave a message for the staff.  This is the best option as notes are sometimes not forwarded by teachers to our staff if there is a substitute.

Is there anything else I need to do after I register?

  • You must send in a written letter to the school's main office and teacher if your child is attending the After School Program.
